Buhari meets Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni in Aso Rock        Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday met behind closed with the visiting Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, in the Presidential Villa, Abuja. Instagram hackers are selling user emails and phone numbers Instagram alerted verified users earlier this week about a security flaw that could give hackers access to their personal information. It told the users that it had fixed the issue.        But it appears the bug was exploited before Instagram's fix, and affected more than the most high-profile accounts.     On Friday, Instagram CTO Mike Krieger published a blog post alerting all users to the security flaw. "Although we cannot determine which specific accounts may have been impacted, we believe it was a low percentage of Instagram accounts.  Why US investment in Nigeria is restricted – US Senator T HE head of a United States of America’s congressional delegation on a visit to Nigeria, Senator Chris Coons, has said that American investors have held back their investment in Nigeria due to currency regulations, saying that they would increase their investment in the country when there is a free-floating Naira.   Coons told Bloomberg in an interview: “Some of the currency controls that remain I think raise the question of whether foreign direct investment, if successful and profitable, will be able to be returned to any country. Former England and Manchester United footballer Wayne Rooney has been charged with drink-driving, British police said Friday. Rooney, 31, was stopped while driving a black Volkswagen Beetle in Wilmslow, Cheshire at 2 a.m. local time on Friday. The forward, who rejoined boyhood club Everton last month , has been released on bail and is set to appear at Stockport Magistrates' Court on September 18, according to Cheshire Police. Rooney, who retired from international football earlier this month, is England's highest ever goalscorer with 53 in 119 appearances. He made 559 appearances for United during a 13-year stay at Old Trafford, before returning to Everton, where he began his career, at the start of this season.
